Delivery and Return


We will dispatch your order as soon as possible. All orders are normally dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 working days, except during the Christmas holidays when the company is closed. An order placed on a Danish holiday outside of Christmas is processed on the next working day after the holiday. All orders are subject to availability. Once your order has been placed, we will send you an order confirmation.

All orders within Denmark are sent with GLS. All other orders are shipped with UPS. Orders can be tracked at or Once the package has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Orders are delivered to you Monday through Friday. All deliveries must be signed for, unless the courier offers another option. Due to courier restrictions and the risk of credit card fraud, we do not allow delivery to PO Boxes. If your order consists of several items, we reserve the right to split the delivery. This may happen if certain items are delayed at the time of ordering. In case of split delivery, you will receive tracking for each package. You will not be charged for additional delivery costs in this case.


Shipping costs depend on where the package is to be sent. The following prices apply, unless otherwise stated on the front page of the website, for example for campaigns with free shipping:

Denmark: Free shipping to parcel shop on orders over DKK 399. Shipping costs for orders under DKK 399 are DKK 49 to parcel shop.

Home delivery costs DKK 69

Rest of the EU: Free shipping on orders over DKK 499. Shipping costs for orders under DKK 499 are DKK 75

Rest of Europe: Norway, Switzerland, England, Lichtenstein, Monaco, Iceland, Croatia, Montenegro. Free shipping on orders over DKK 69999 Shipping costs for orders under DKK 699 are DKK 100

When you shop at, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, during which you can inform us that you regret the purchase and then return the item to us. The right of withdrawal runs from the day you received the item. If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following weekday. After receipt, you may only handle the goods in a way that allows you to determine the nature, properties and way in which they function. This means that the item must be in the same condition as when you received the item, if you wish to make use of your right of cancellation. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of this by means of an unequivocal statement no later than 14 days after receiving the goods. We expect you to send the goods as soon as possible after you have given notice of cancellation. You must send the goods back no later than five days after you have regretted the purchase in order to make use of your right of return.

If you want to exchange your item for a different color or size, you must return the unwanted item and place a new order.

When returning, you should ensure that the goods are securely wrapped. You are responsible for the package/goods yourself until we receive them. Therefore, keep the receipt from the freight forwarder as well as any track and trace number. Lack of original packaging may constitute a reduction in value. To be sure of being able to receive all the money back, it is recommended that you return the item in its original packaging and with the corresponding labels. You must pay the costs yourself when returning the item when you regret it.

This also applies to "Uncollected parcels" which are returned from a parcel shop. Return shipping costs DKK 55, which is deducted from the return payment.

Attach documentation for your purchase when returning

You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation or other form of documentation for your purchase.


The refund process usually takes 14 days. Once we have completed this process, we will refund the amount via the payment method used to pay for the order. This can take up to five working days. We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive the goods. Please note that additional duties and/or taxes are not refundable and shipping costs are also not refundable.

Complaints - If there is something wrong with the product

Your purchase is covered by the Sales Act, including the defect regulations. This means that you can either get a defective item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a discount depending on the specific case. According to the law, you have 24 months. right of complaint. In the event of a product being returned under complaint, pays for the return shipping.

It is of course a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product, normal wear and tear or other damage-causing behaviour.

In order for us to assess your complaint, we must ask you for the following: 1. Send us a brief description of how the damage or defect manifests itself. Please note that you should contact our customer service as soon as you discover the defect. 2. To document the defect, together with the description, send 1-2 pictures. The defect must be clearly visible in the pictures. 3. Send the pictures and a short description per mail to 4. Please state which order number the item was purchased on or attach a copy of the order confirmation/receipt. 5. After we have received your photos, we will process your complaint as soon as possible.
